They are indeed dishwasher safe ( although hand washing is probably best ). The set is perfect sizes for cooking or storing for a single person or even two people. The lids fit nice and snug, yet easily removed. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I was very amazed with the sturdy strength, and feel of the entire set. It is a very nice set of bowls, (nice size assortment). All the utensils are great for baking. They feel like the can hold up . The dicers are nice also. All in all, if all you have is this set you can get the food prepared.

I have 5 older stainless steel bowls and I just love using them. When I saw this set and it was on sale, I just had to buy it. They were put to good use this past holiday. There was a bowl for everything and I don't have to worry that they will break as so many of my other bowls have.

These bowls are awesome! They don't take up a ton of space since they can be stacked inside of each other, and the lids are great for keeping things fresh in them. I used them to make and rest dough for holiday baking since I got them on sale, and they worked wonderfully fitting into the fridge. They were covered, so even when some juice got spilled on the shelf above them, all my dough was not for naught. I would recommend them as an addition for any home baker.

Love them! They nest nicely, the lid colors are great, and they get me away from the plastics I am tired of (and starting to grow suspicious of). The sizes are great too-I just did a recipe that called for 24 oz. of sliced mushrooms (I bought whole), one large onion (diced) and a slurry of beef stock and various spices-I was able to keep working with this set sitting beside me as I went through the ingredients. I usually would be pulling containers out of each cabinet and also having to wash one or two to keep working. I also like the idea of not having them distort in shape as they age or of getting stains.

The variety of sizes in the package is perfect. I've always got the perfect size for storage. The lid fit tightly and bowls can be stacked easily in the fridge. For storage in the cupboard they nestle nicely to save space. I also gave a set as a gift and they loved it as well.

Ordered these as a gift for my mom. She has limited cabinet space so the ability to stack them is great. Trying to reduce the number of glass items that are getting heavy for her. The nice lids are definitely a plus since she has lots of leftovers and often takes food to others.

Love the idea, what a great concept! They look great when they're stacked inside of each other. they're a nice quality. The tools that accompany it are excellent! The problem I have is the tops do not fit snug as it says in the description. I tried to store leftovers in it, and it just would not seal properly.

If you don't have the money to spend for good quality bowls. These will do. To me they are thin and the lids just seem cheaply made. I bought these for my daughter along with several other items but she really likes them. The mixing bowls I have are much thicker and so are the lids.
