You can pull from both sides… I take my grandson and my puppy in the cart to shop… people love the idea… my grandson and my puppy love the ride… keep everyone happy as I shop in the department stores and grocery
The wagon is great overall and works as expected. Had to knock a star off because the seatbelt came with a shredded strap (see picture) and the basket falls off when rolling on anything rougher than smooth concrete. Does have a stong plastic smell, but that seems to be the norm nowadays, I would suggest airing it out a bit before use.
Love that it holds 220 lbs but instructions are very simple and lacking. Will have to do more research to figure out how to put all together. Would not be hard to include better detailed instructions. Like that there is a seat strap instead so we can add a child seat in it.
My wagon came with instructions, those instructions consist of only black and white picture you can barely see. I want to say I do love the wagon itself but now I can't figure out how to put it together so that I can use the actual canopy and bags.
I love the wagon itself but it smells really bad out of the box, the instructions for putting it together are awful, there are defective parts with no way to report this and I'mnot confident the wheels will last very long. It has a very strong chemical smell. I'm planning to put it in the sun for a day or 2 and that should help. Not a big part of the decreased review. The pictures for the directions are poor quality and it is not completely evident how the bolts should be put on or where the washers should go. I put mine together based on safety for thee children i will be transporting in the wagon. One of the straps to hold the cover on is missing the velcro on the end and one of my bolts arrived defective. This in and of itself is not terrible but there is no phone number or web address for customer service. Im more than happy to wait for replacement parts. i don't really want the otherwise good wagon to end up in a landfill. The wheels are hard plastic. They seem thick but I'm not convinced they'll hold up with a lot of black top and concrete walks. I think they'll be fine in grass but i plan to use this to take my grandkids to the park, the zoo, and a lot of other fun places with hard surfaces. On the plus side, it seems very sturdy and I already used it with one grandchild and she loved it. The push bar is so nice. It steers relatively well from the back. The wagon is definitely big enough for 2 children (or one and supplies). Both the frame and the canvas seem very sturdy. I won't return it unless something else breaks but i really hope i can find some way to get the defective items replaced.
Bought to tote my toddler and things around the beach this year. Instructions are totaly lacking, needs o he more detailed. one of the handle bars was contructed so the holes didn't match up. made it more difficult than it needed to be to add the screws. Also didnt know which direction the screws needed to go in so i made sure they wouldn't be facing my toddler. Well I nearly ripped the holder thing trying to slide it on because the screws were facing out. Biggest pet peeve was that the wheels don't lock. Would have been extremely helpful while folding it up. certainly doesnt take seconds to do so cause of that.
Arrived late and the return process is non existent . Super easy to reach out to the merchant for a return but then you receive an email that you'll be contacted, and there's never any contact made after that.
If both our kids are in it (only about 30 pounds and 22 pounds), it's almost impossible to maneuver. If just the smaller kid is in it, it's still difficult. The wheels that are supposed to turn just seem to run into each other and get caught up and just generally don't work well.
All of my sticks didn't come with it to hold the top up it was only 2 and no matter how tight i put the bolts on the wheels they still pops off…the kids threw the box away so i couldn't return it that's why i just didn't worry about it
Awful, the supports broke on the first time I used it. I placed 20lbs worth of items in the wagon and it broke completely. Awful, awful awful waste of money.
