This is exactly what I needed. But the best part is that it came fully assembled and I didn't have to do anything but open the box to use it. It's light and sturdy (and I'm a senior citizen), perfect for getting to the top shelves of some of my cupboards. I wish everything I bought online was this easy to use.

I am 4'11 so I have to have a ladder I love being able to reach things that were out of reach in my kitchen before.I can carry it to different areas but it is a little heavy due to it's sturdiness

This little stepladder is amazing. It's sturdy. It's nice and wide it doesn't shake. It's even safe for a little bit of older folk although I don't go up too high on it but it's got a great span and it makes you feel very safe and I use it faithfully all the time.

This step ladder is a great addition as an in-between between my 3-step step ladder and my ladder. It is perfect for reaching heights that I would normally have to drag out my ladder. while it is slightly heavier in weight than my current step ladder, it is easily carried, is very sturdy, and I feel very safe using it. Closing it was a little tricky for me, but I learned fast, after getting my finger pinched, to use the top step to initiate the action of closing the step ladder. I would definitely recommend this

I'm elderly and really appreciate the wider steps with the gripper tread and the side handle to aid in stability during use. Further, I really like how easily it is to set up for use. The only drawback (if you can call it that) is that it is a rather hefty step ladder to move about. But, that's only because I have limited use of my upper extremities. Otherwise, it's a terrific benefit! I heartily recommend!

Overall I do like the height. I am 4'11 so I want to be able to do things on my own with out having to wait for someone to come. However my ladder is a little wobbly.

This ladder is a bit flimsy. Never use the top rung as a step. I am 160 lbs and even the third step up is a bit unsafe. I would not buy again. I would find a nice sturdy 4 ft step ladder instead. This one will do the job for occasional use but be very careful when you do use it.

I dislike that the step ladder is unusable heavily damaged the hand rail at the top is completely crushed in %26 the legs at the bottom are bent making this item totally useless ! i contacted the manufacturer days ago about this issue %26 i stilll have not gotten a response !!!!
