It was packaged nicely so it wouldn't break during transit and seems very durable and will last awhile. I gifted it to my brothers girlfriend for mothers day since she has an aquarium with a turtle and they loved it! I think it is good value for your money and adds a nice touch to the aquarium. I did not notice any scent or anything like that. I got the anchor because they have a bunch of ships and anchors around their house so it fit perfect with the theme! Great product all around and hope the turtle likes it too!

The decoration is pretty light so if you worry about it floating, make sure to really sink down the base into the sand or pebbles or whatever you are substrate is that you are using overall very great. Make sure to wash any products obviously, before putting it into your fish tank it adds a great little antique field to any kind of aquarium.

It is made extremely well and I love all the small bright painted features. It catches your eye when you were looking at the fish tank, which I absolutely love.
