The big daddy for your cats. My only issue was the price. That almost did it for me however we needed a new one on the spot since our plastic one broke. The best thing is this is a larger than usual scoop. This may be a little pricey but I have a cat that is a heavy pee'r and the plastic scoops bend. This one also has a bit longer handle so it's easier on my Fibro and arthrits.

IT DOES NOT BREAK WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SCOOP UP THE MESS. LIKE MANY OTHERS DO. I HAVE BEEN USING A GARDEN TROWEL TO SCAPE IT UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SCOOP TO EVERYONE WITH A CAT THAT USES CLUMPING LITTER

Cleaning a litterbox can be a challenge. Slightly. No longer. Vibrant Life has the definitive answer. The slotted metal is perfect. You capture what you need to and the unused litter falls through back into the container. Can't ask for better. This tool is one that is sturdy and stout...not flimsy like past ones. Some bent or broke while removing USED litter while maneuvering to the receptical container. Far easier to clean as well. For daily clean outs this ranks superior. For the challenges that we have, have an implement that truly works. So pleased with this litterbox scoop.

Finally a cat litter scoop that is heavy enough and strong enough to clean out my cat litter box. I don't know if my cats are the norm but they have some huge deposits in the litter box. I have gone through a lot of the plastice scoops. They have broken on the corners of the scoop. My cats really seem to like going in the corners of the litter box where you have to work to get the litter out. Maybe it's me and I am putting too much pressure on the scoop. Anyway, this cat litter scoop is heavy duty and really gets the job done. I like that the scoop is made of metal. Plastic tends to get scratches in it and can hold smells. This litter scoop separates the good litter from the used litter very quickly. The handle has a nice grip making it easy for me to use as I have arthritis in my hands and regular handles are hard to grip. The scoop has a hole in the handle if you want to hang it up if you want to hang it.

Very satisfied with this product, it is sturdy and the metal helps remove any heavy clump-age in the bottom of the litter box. This item is a reasonable size when it comes to the handle and scoop size. I would absolutely buy this item again, as well as recommend it.

We.love the sturdiness and ease of scooping. The one thing which, if changed, would make it perfect is to manufacture it with smaller holes. It is great for the big stuff, but the smaller bits slide through the large holes.

i wish the slots were a little smaller so you can clean the little bits of clumped potty refuse out without resorting to using 2 scoopers - 1 to handler the heavier clumped waste andca smaller 1 to get the smaller bits out to keep litter box clean and cat approved !

It shovels the litter just fine-as long as it works. We have 7 litter boxes and I have plastic scoops 5 years old or more-but eventually they do break. I thought I'd just get a metal one and be done with it. The metal part of the handle ends about 2 inches up and there is some silicone molded piece that is attached to the end of the metal portion to make up the rest of the handle. That is where it broke. The delivery date is shown as June 15. This is July 31. It has been broken about a week. About 10 bucks for this thing if I remember right. It probably would have been just fine if you didn't have to scrape the bottom of the litter box from time to time. You can't just pick the low hanging fruit though!
