Vibrant Life Internal Power Aquarium Filter, for 1-1.5 Gallon Tanks

very quiet can't hear it!! The water is so clear now. I use it in a really small maybe 2-3 gallon tank. The lid of the aquarium wont really push all the way down, with the filter system in the tank, but for the most part its securely on. My beta fish is happy. Very easy to set up it takes maybe a couple minutes. Rinse the whole system out, without getting the plug wet, and the little bag of white beads and filter. Then put the little bag of beads in the small part of the machine and the filter in the larger part. It goes in sideways not straight, I guess thats how it's made. Then put it in the back of the fish tank, on either side. Add some water to the filter area in the machine before plugging it in, to get it running. Then plug it in. it should run like a waterfall, if not you probably have too much water in the fish tank. Make sure the water stays above the water level line, or pump will burn out, it will smoke and smell bad. The water line mark is printed on the pump, very lightly seen. Your fish will be happy. The tank is so clean. I wanted to get an algae black fish that cleans the tank, but as I investigated further, I can't have that fish with my beta, so hes all alone, but the filter really cleans the cage. When doing half water change once a month if that, I stir the rocks up with the net to get the water cleaner, for the pump to take care of it. It really helps to stir the rocks up for a clear aquarium. I just do it slow with the beta still in the tank.

It was easy to set up and runs pretty quietly, which I appreciated since the tank is in my bedroom. The flow is gentle enough for my betta, which was a concern at first. But after a few weeks, I started noticing the water wasn't staying as clean, and the filter media clogs kind of quickly.

Seems like it works . But it doesn't filter the greatest. Water is still cloudy and getting worse

To small and doesn't work half the time so I'm sending it back because I found a better replacement one
