Tetra Whisper Internal Filter 5 to 10 Gallon, with Air Pump, for Aquariums

The pump was easy to install, it works just like it should, and it was delivered rapidly. The price was not out of line compared to other options, but everything is overpriced these days.

I'm using this in my makeshift outdoor "pond". I have my carnivorous plants on a platform, just barely in the water, and I have a small shield to slow down the flow between the two. It is very functional. I will have to find better looking pots to make it more glamorous.

I gifted this to my red ear slider, and he seems to really enjoy it. I have somehow had to become the maintenance person for it. But I guess you know I'll deal with that. I have for 30 some years. He's like, oh I would like some clean water My old pump broke so why don't you replace it. So I went to the internets and looked up the pump similar to the one that he had, I found this one. We approved the purchase and it is now in his tank. He seems really happy with it but then again he is just a happy turtle, I think.

I ordered this filter for a 10 gallon tank. I do not have fish in it yet, but I do have a few live plants. My tank also has sand substrate with waterlogged wood pieces. My old filter crapped out on me finally so I decided on this one to replace it as it was a fair price. I was AMAZED at how quickly it cleared up my tank. it had a thick layer of sediment on the bottom and this filter cleaned it right up, I was shocked! It's also whisper quiet, I can't even tell if it's on, sometimes I have to double check to make sure it's still running. lol Highly recommended!

This fabulous filter, comes with one filter cartridge. Water flows beautifully in a small tank, mine was a three gallon. keeps water clear. Very nice ,not bulky, thin ,fits nicely over the back of aquarium with the main filter internal.plug in cord is a nice length . Great for a fish tank. i have guppies , a catfish and a large snail.ThanksTetra Wisper, price was very good as well.

Absolutely a life saver and perfect. This filter has kept my water crystal clear. My fish LOVE this filter. I'm so happy I found this one. Super QUIET and is actually relaxing whenever I go to check on my fish.

I have a 10 -15 year old KODI 32oz cup that I LOVE because in Tx summers I Need ice cold water! THIS one is just as good if not better! 40 oz, lid is so tight it's kind of hard to get off but doesn't leak! Ice water stays cold for almost 42 hours somewhat less if left in the hot car. Has a drinking straw or sipping opening. AND I adore the color! It looks much nicer than my old cup so I don't feel embarrassed to use it in public. This was on sale or I would not have been able to afford it due to limited income. (It still isn't near as expensive as a Starbucks cup which is exorbitantly priced and not near as insulated!) I would buy again but probably won't need to for another 10 years or more. That's for making a GREAT cup!

Way better than the filter that came with my aquarium. Have ordered several of these for multiple aquariums. Slight deduction as one unit was missing the clip to hook it on (and it didn't look pre opened/returned) forcing me to improvise. However all the filters have worked as intended.

I opened the box installed the filter following instructions. Completely new tank and filter. I installed it at 6pm it is now 8:30am and it has stopped working completely. Took it apart tried to follow troubleshooting and it's still not working. Will be returning this item.

Do not recommend product! Had the filter for 2 weeks, and my daughter's African dwarf frog was sucked up into the bottom of the filter. Its poor little legs were mangled and she died from her injuries. DO NOT BUY for tank with small aquatic animals, poor thing suffered. And left my daughter heartbroken…
