my husband used the item for quite a while now and he likes it because it makes his breathing easier.

This is the only effective relief for someone who can't take antihistamines and routinely gets stuffy partly from medication side effects. Helps them sleep at night. His doctor gave it a thumbs up when he saw it.

this patch is easy to attach to your night shirt so it lasts several nights. less messy that ointment to use. Breathing improves with the vapor.

These work pretty well to help you b breathe better with congestion. Just put them on your clothes close to your chest. I am happy with the results.

I ordered these online, and I did not realize you cannot put these directly on your skin. You need to put it on the outside of a tee shirt or other clothing. The vapor was not the same as Vick's Vapo Rub that comes in a jar, so I would not ever order these again. I didn't to mess with putting the ointment on my chest, but that is the best way to use it. I was really disappointed with these patches.

An absolutely total waste of money. There was no vapor and did absolutely nothing. Very very very very disappointing.
