Good for your body, and cooking.
Don't laugh. Tablespoon a day, your. Cholesterol will go down. Yes it's strange , I just drink it with a follow up of water. Can dip it in bread. Helps your arteries and your gut. Must get California Cold pressed only! This is one at a fair price. Cardio was correct.

Vigo Olive Oil, my favorite!
A great robust olive oil, full bodied, excellent on salad, it is actually my favorite olive oil to use on salad or over vegetables.

I was born in Greece so this taste is familiar to me and it would be very difficult to sell me a substandard olive oil. Vigo is the real thing.
