A very user-friendly vitals unit.

susan October 16, 2025

We love how easy it is to handle. Some of the cuff is precurved and stays that way. We aren't having a wrap that flip-flops around. The voice reader on this is very clear. We haven't gotten to us all that this unit offers. We are looking forward to the rest of its use.

Exceptional Wrist BP Moniter

Deborah March 5, 2026

I Bought This Wrist Blood Pressure Moniter For My Daughter Shaun-Telle Who Lives In Another State. Shaun-Telle Saids It Felt Comfortable On Her Wrist, Easy To Follow Instructions, %26 She Loves, Loves, That Its An Audio ( Talking Moniter ) Which Lights Up !!! Green, When BP Is Normal, Yellow, When BP Is Slightly Elevated, %26 Red, When BP Is High. That Indicator To Me Is A Quality Function That The Manufacturer Had Provided, Plus I Was Very Fortunate That The Price Was Affordable To My Budget!!! THANK YOU WALMART

This speaking blood pressure monitor with 3 lightings: green, amber, red is a game changer. I use this device daily and it helps with my poor vision and hearing problems.

Devices falls off band very easily making accurate

Winelover March 26, 2026

Could be more durable. Works ok on fingernails with a lot of coaxing, but can't get it to handle toenails with decent results

Not dying today, tyvm

Ell December 18, 2025

This device is so unreliable, I almost went to the ER. It told me my systolic blood pressure was 198, 250, 218. I was so scared. I used the normal arm cuff machine, and it was only 130. Worrying, but not fatal. Maybe I'm not using it perfectly, but I followed the directions of heart level. I thought this would be a cheap way to keep track of blood pressure, but it's a scary toy.

Bad Product

Dennis November 19, 2025

I do not recommend. My first test were all reporting 230, 233,228. Anything over 180 is considered a medical crisis. I quickly went to the actual Walmart pharmacy to use their public tester. Thankfully i was actually at 145. Because this was a ‘cheaper' model i did not waste my time trying to return it but rather bought a more reputable one while at Walmart.

well this was an anomaly because mine did not work but I mean I tried new batteries I do want to say it was advertised it would come with batteries but mine did not I had to get my own batteries which I went and gotten some new batteries out of the drawer and it would not work properly they refunded me which was very kind I've had bad luck with two items in the past several years and they both happened within a week which is unfortunate this item in a controller I got for Xbox they fixed this return but unfortunately I'm disabled I cannot go to Walmart where I would not be paying for membership and paying for delivery as I do, and it's still up in the air on this item they handled it properly and refunded me but now I have to wait for someone to call me in several days on the other item which is a controller which really upsets me because of my money went out immediately I paid for delivery can they send someone to come and pick this up? I cannot go to the store I cannot go anywhere as I said I am to say old I do not have a printer I could not print out a return label and I do not have the ability for the resources frankly to go somewhere to have something printed to then have it sent back I would figure they would have a delivery person come from a store to pick this up on this item they just said discard it which I unfortunately did the other item on this particular order was a finger blood oxygen sensor and it was five star perfect. but with this blood pressure it looks like it was made well and good quality it just did not work like the controller I bought it looks like it's made from good components but the right analog stick did not function and had a 90% dead zone. I hope they make it right on that as far as this order they did great they refunded me on the defective item and the other item I received was not defective which all I was looking over looking for was something that works and works properly so I'm batting $500 on this and they fixed it so we'll call that okay but depending on how they handle the situation with the game sir Xbox controller which was defective I'll know if I'll order from Walmart ever again so far they've handled everything okay and I'm grateful for this. but I'm extremely upset that I have to wait several days and that's if I get a call back at all I may have to call someone again that doesn't really the Lady Gaga and me as the consumer I lose. I guess that's what I get for being disabled and receiving something already broken in the mail.
