This is supposed to a supplement for better health. Just started using them and will see if I can see a difference. Weight loss is also a consideration for taking them.

I have been taking this supplement for awhile and have noticed a reduction in my allergy symptoms. So much so that I don't need to use medication as often. I also noticed a decrease in hip, knee, and foot discomfort as I'm a avid Walker. Very pleased with this product.

Works like a charm, far better than any artificial pain killer.
