It is very easy to clean. I roasted a rack of ribs in on low heat (275) fo 4 hours, and then put sauce on the ribs for 15 minutes. The ribs came out falling of the bone, and the pan was a brease to clean.

This size pan with a lid was exactly what I have been looking for quite some time. The quality is great and the price was easily affordable.

this brings back memories.. i really like the dact i can bake in it.. then take it where ever i need to go.. i love the color.. sturdy too

l love this pan! I wanted a little bit bigger one so I got this and it's just what I wanted and it's really made good and I love it it comes with the color lid too if you want to take it somewhere. I highly recommend it!

I was super impressed with this pan I had ordered to make a homemade coconut cake in for my mother-in-law's 71st birthday. There's only ONE problem! I'll probably never get it back. Lol! She was just as impressed with it.

I received pan today, it is a little light weight but that is okay by me. I read some reviews before I bought and read about broken handles. I think the problem is people think you pull up on them but DO NOT PULL UP they slide in and out. The pan is very attractive, great for parties.

I like the color, but I didn't like that it's thin and I did bake dressing in it and it did alright. it's not very deep, but okay

This would have gotten a perfect rating from me BUT the pan arrived dented, like someone kicked it around on the floor before they sent it to me. But I had to use it because I promised my great neice a sheet cake. So I used frosting to fill in the dents after I baked it. It looked bad. Then, because I used the pan, I didn't feel right returning it. Now I am stuck with an expensive pan I can't use.

the carrying handle is weak plastic and easily broken, other than that it would be nice for the money old baker in Mineola, Tx
