This pillow is fantastic! The fact that u can take some material out to fit ir specific needs is amazing. The material is, n my opinion, on par w/ the pillows that furniture stores r charging $300. There is two different sides 2 the pillow. One side is a cooling side %26 1 side is a soft side. Of course, u don't feel either of these if u use a pillow case. I have found the pillow 2 b harder when n a pillow case but it is still supportive. It does keep its shape after sleeping on it. I believe it will continue to do so. I would recommend this pillow for its value %26 being able 2 customize it.

I needed a squishy pillow and this is perfect. I can remove some the filler foam and make it the perfect squish I want. Came in a set of two for twice the squish!

Compressed when sent but fills out beautifully in a short time. Good solid comfortable pillow. They make better but not at this price. Good solid purchase

I love this pillow. I needed something to support my head due to neck pain. I bought this pillow since it said it was memory foam. It expands when I am not sleeping on it and comforts my neck and head in positions and stays soft through the night. I also like the cooling feature and keep it on that side all night.

These pillows are very firm. My wife has had 2 neck surgeries in the past and needs a softer pillow. As far as quality, these are great. But too firm. We have had shredded foam pillows but they didn't have enough fill. Was hoping these would be better but not for us.

I followed the directions , removed from shrink wrap layef out, let plump for 72 hours . I let stand for about 90. ok there is no coolness. the pillow both of them haven't held up. these are the worst pillow for the money I paid.

I don't know because I never got it fedex supposedly lost 3put of the 4 things I ordered and now has lost a tv stand I would never order from anywhere FedEx is to be involved

I have not gotten them yet so I can,t comment on their quality but I did just cancel my order. Walmart isn't selling it they simply send the information to another company the wash their hands of it and collect their commission. They couldn't even cancel my order directly so I have to wait 48 hours to find out if it's even canceled! When I buy black friday sale item from Walmart I expect to deal with Walmart and not have them send my information to a company I don't know. I'm realy going to be upset if I find out they sent my credit card info to some other company. Wheni put In my request to cancel Walmart sent me an email saying if the company doesn't cancell it's my problem to return it to the company,if I buy a product from Walmart I should be able to returning to Walmart!

I ordered hearth and home brand . Paid top dollar for it. Instead I received a different brand. Less expensive. Nestl. Basically a bait and switch. When I tried contacting they , they never replied back. On sheer principle, I shall not be buying from this company again.

A complete scam, the product did not arrive, they sent an empty box, I hope they make the return, waste of time, buy any product through Walmart.com, they are not responsible for anything, what a disaster of service, do not buy from Cozy Array because you will lose your money, I do not understand how Walmart continues to allow These sellers continue offering products that never arrive, scamming people
