These fiber gummies were recommended by my endocrinologist for added fiber in my diabetes meal plan. They're sugar free and easy for me to take and I actually like the taste.

The serving size is 2 gummies. The gummies are not difficult in the mouth to dissolve. If you don't have teeth and don't want to put your dentures in, no problem. You don't have to chew them, just let them dissolve and it doesn't take long. In fact, they'll dissolve faster than hard candy. The taste is berry and peach flavors. The flavor is good. Nothing like homemade peach pie, of course. Keep in mind, not everyone has the same system or eats the same foods. These took about 3 days to work for me. I now know that ONE gummy daily will be beneficial for me. Often fiber gummies/tablets can take several days before the daily benefits kick in. These are sugar free but have a mellow sweetness. No bitter taste. The expiration date on my bottle states October 2027. Today is Jan 16, 2026 so basically a 2 year window. There is 220 gummies in this bottle and if taken as 2 per day, that is easily over 3.5 month supply. Sam's Club has a great price for these and I am going to order another bottle. By the way, there is several colors of gummies, shades vary, and the gummies are not hard, they are on the soft side.

This is not as effective as other name brand gummies. I have to eat 4-6 throughout the day. That said these do have a little sweetness so I feel like I am getting a treat. These are very chewy so it takes time to chew them up, again I don't mind as my tastebuds think they are a treat. If you have bad teeth or chewing issues I would not buy these, the meta. . . name- brand ones are softer.

Don't really do anything for the high cost. I would stick to powdered versions if you're going to use fiber supplements. Also the gummies are not easily chewed, very sticky and a bit hard.

Good price compared to other gummies. Unfortunately, has the texture of an eraser and very little flavor.

Last two orders are hard as rocks, wife can not chew. Product is as it was melted. The product has been good. It seems to be the jobber who is sending the product. We will order from another jobber.
