This is a great liquid multivitamin. It has all the active forms of the vitamins and minerals. It tastes great and no stomach upset. The seller gave a great experience. The item arrived securely packed and 5 days early which for me was perfect as I had just finished my previous multi.

I did a lot of research to find the best liquid mufti-vitamin and this one came out on top. One of the few that I can feel a real difference with, more strength, more stamina when combined with the mufti-mineral.

I prefer a liquid vitamin for better absorption. This has the ingredients I like and tastes good too.

This is probably very good for your body but Taste is Awful. I can take almost anything but will not be ordering any more of this.
