This is an absolute must have for me and I hope it's never discontinued. I have an autoimmune disease and since I started using it, I no longer catch every illness going around. I love that it also has d3 and k2 combined for an extra immunity boost and since the d3 is already in oil, I don't have to take it with food. It does have a very strong taste but that is BSO for ya lol.

I was literally feeling depressed because the season had changed it had gotten colder for about a month. I got to feeling like I was dissociating a lot and through a Hail Mary at the fact that maybe I was low in vitamin d. I was scared to take this product cuz I'm allergic to a lot of things but I took it and had no problems. within a week I slowly started to feel like myself again and I took it for about a month and a half and ran out and didn't get any more I slowly have started feeling the way I did before I started taking it so I'm reordering it again. this medicine saved me and it's clear now. I definitely recommend if you are not able to get around sun taking this product.

This product is great, it's an acquired taste. I have been taking this for almost 2 years and I am no longer vitamin D deficient. I gave my best friend a bottle and when she had her labs done her vitamin D had also improved immensely. Great product!

Great way to intake vitamin D. This is a high dose. Too much of a good thing can be harmful. I like to take this every now and then. Once or twice a week is fine for me. Great price to stay consistent. Test your vitamin D levels with your doctor.

I need to grab another bottle! I take two if people around me sick. I think this has helped so much! I love this brand for my toothpaste and oil pulls too!

this is not a put on scent as you consume a dropper full . i won't see a immediate result. As i just cant get past the smell and taste if this product. i have to force myself to take a dropper full and immediate drink of something to get rid of the black seed oil taste. maybe it is a good product but im gonna pass on this one. love this brand though.

I wasn't a fun of this. I didn't see any results of this after using 30 plus days. I purchased a two pack. I retuned the second unopened bottle. I take several medications for autoimmune diseases. Maybe this will help someone else though trying to use it for other reasons. I help this review was helpful.

I really loved this product however this is my third and final time buying. Let me start by mentioning this is not an odorless or tasteless product (both are minimal and frankly the benefits outweigh the minor taste/smell to me) so when i received my most recent bottle i knew something was wrong!! upon opening there was an immediate pungent smell. The bottle is dark brown so it’s difficult to see but i know it is USUALLY a clear like liquid. When I put a light underneath i could see small specs within it, it was RANCID. I want to continue using their products but this is unacceptable.
