Although my picky cat was not a fan the stray cats I feed went absolutely crazy for it so it still gets a 5 star rating the shipping was okay but the value was impressive that's what counts most these days

I called Vital Essentials and spoke with a rep about a few small bone shards I found in these patties. She said they were aware of the problem and made an adjustment so that the meat is now ground finer. She even sent me a replacement and the patties are fine. No more little bone shards and my cat loves it. : )

My old cat loves them, I p/u the back and she's already there sticking her nose in the bag. My other cats don't show interest in them, all the more for Lucy.

I was disappointed because I typically order this product from Amazon and In stopped because they were coming I broken and my cat loves them whole :0( I have started to order through Vital essentials but they came really badly broken and honestly I am at a loss because my baby loves them but $55. 00 to see a lot broken is concerning.

I was trying the beef and chicken but it seems they like just the chicken better.
