Great little product
This product of Collagen, helps my joints feel better. When I reduced the dosage, the pain returned. This also makes my finger and toenails stronger.

The product helped my nails and hair grow. Also my joints have felt much better. The capsules are alittle bigger but easy to take. I am excited to see what other benefits happen in the coming weeks.

Product works
I've used several of these products with mixtures of collagen and with this one I've actually really seen results from. I use it for skin and hair and nails. In less than 2-3 weeks my nails are much less brittle and my skin is much more supple. The laugh lines around my mouth are much less noticeable. I haven't much noticed a difference in my hair yet, but I'm happy with my results so far.

Better Quality and Better Results! Unlike other supplements that are on most retailers' shelves Vital Vitamins Multi-Collagen Complex improves hair/nail strength/growth and skin health. This product seems to give much better results than other previous products purchased.
