it is a good probiotic that is needed for a healthy body. This product helps to have proper digestion. This probiotic is needed for anyone that has previously taken antibiotics.

Will use and buy again
Seems to be a good product since it is controlled release. I bought it now and will just take a few times per week to supplement the other probiotics since it is cooler weather now and does not have to ship in 100 degree trucks through AZ.

Didn't cure Pylori nor SIBO
I believed it could cure helicobacter pylori but it hasn't seemed to help relieve my ulcer or Small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).
