High quality B Complex.
I have insomnia and sometimes it negatively affects my mood. After taking B complex, I've noticed my mood is better and I am sleeping better. And I'm not as tired. I bought this brand because it has a lot of other vitamins in it and it was a great price. That's why I bought a 3-pack.

These vitamins are fine. They were not stuck together in the bottle as others experienced. They taste good. If you must take vitamins, this is the way to go. I have issues swallowing pills and this is similar to eating a piece of candy. My go to way of getting my supplements.

No expiration date listed. There is some additive that didn't agree with me so I threw them out. What kind of reputable manufacturer doesn't include an expiration date?
