Just what the doctor ordered.
My cardiologist recommended 200 mcg of vitamin K2 ( MK-7) daily. Since I couldn't find a multivitamin that included this amount, two of these were the next best choice

It works
Easy to swallow. After using K2 (with D3), the osteoporosis has not progressed and I do not need the meds or shot. Nurse called with results of last bone scan - she says, "whatever you're doing, keep doing it." I will.

Small vitamins
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only been taking these for a couple days now, so I haven't noticed any changes. I do like that. They are very easy to swallow and very small. They don't taste like anything and they are definitely worth your money.

Worth a shot
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Didn't taste bad, and went down easy. I can't scientifically say they helped, but I believe they did. I feel better now than before taking these. Just overall a bit healthier. The pills are super easy to get out of the bottle too.

Good quality. Beware of container not child proof
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This arrived in a box in a small green container. There is no child proof lid so beware if you have little ones. Easy open for people with arthritis or the elderly. The pill is the size of a pea and easy to swallow with no taste. Gluten free and non gmo which is good. Value is good. The vitamin K is suppose to help the vitamin D's absorption.
