Easy to swallow. After using K2 (with D3), the osteoporosis has not progressed and I do not need the meds or shot. Nurse called with results of last bone scan - she says, "whatever you're doing, keep doing it." I will.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just like any other vitamin D. I do appreciate it has vitamin K as well. The vitamin D is considered extra strength, so I have been taking it daily as I am vitamin D deficient. Otherwise, I don't think I would need so much dosage.

They are gel pills but the taste is more like a texture to me. I feel like they've have helped but you never fully know.
