I had been searching for a product that was effective and safe to take during a metabolic fast and this one checked all the boxes. I had purchased other products from other retailers and then later discovered that they weren't fasting safe due to fillers and other add ins so that was a disappointment however after using this product for a few months I did notice a reduction in stress and cortisol levels, so this is a very highly recommended product.

I almost canceled this order because it was several days late and I really dislike waiting when something is promised to arrive on a certain date. Well, I am so glad I didn't cancel it! LOL. I began using it only the day before yesterday and truly felt a calming effect almost immediately. I then used it again yesterday morning and again last night (don't do what I did)! It indeed helped me relax prior to going to bed. Today, I was so enthused about it that I did a little more research on this combo of supplements (Ashwagandha L-Theanine) and asked AI, and it told me to take a serving, which are two pills, only once a day, preferably at night as I mostly want it to help with sleep, and because the body needs at least a little bit of cortisol during the day in order to not feel fatigued - so no more taking it twice a day, but definitely keeping it on the shopping list. :)

This product seriously helped me feel more relaxed and gave me very restful sleep without feeling "groggy" during the day. I felt so much better after 3 days !! No side effects at all !!

Works pretty good. I am very sensitive to manufacturers with prescriptions and supplements. I have had no real issues taking this. easy to swallow. Works to relax my mind. I only give 4 stars as anothe manufacturer works better for me but I think this might work great for you. always a trial and error. I'm continuing to try others. But must be decent as I had no crazy side effects.

i was afraid they will make me too sleepy because I picked a higher dose but not at all so I am taking one in the morning and want at night. havent felt any bad side effect.
