high quality, low price
My dictor recommened a suppliment like this one, I chose this one for the price and ingredients and I am happy with this product, the pills are easy to swallow and the nutrients i get from this product are good. And the price is reasonable compared to others.

D3 daily intake
The current dosage for vitamin d3 is 300iu which is for rickets. The daily normal iu should be much higher 10k per day or 20 to 30 minutes in the sun daily.

good quality
it seems to be a better quality than the others..I don't know if makes a change in my overall health specifically or not because I take it with other supplements... but I'm over 70 %26 healthy so these %26 the other supplements are helpful to my health ❤️

Thos is pretty deceitful of the manufacturer of this D3/K2 supplement. They advertise a 5000 iu choice then also a 10000 iu choice. well, you'd figure the one with more D3 has it in a capsule, after all, we know the d3 is very very tiny itself. Well, wrong, the instructions simply state that for 10000 iu dose, you take two capsules. yup, now this 120 capsule bottle went from a 4 month supply to a two month supply. seriously? I'll have to take a look at the 5000iu cost and dose.

Be careful do your homework. This is a maximum dosage and taking it daily made me overdose. Luckily, we caught it on time. Nevertheless it is as advertised.

LIES
For Walmart's "Deals" sale, this product is currently selling for $12.99. Marked down from $19.99. Well it was never $19.99. I bought them a few weeks ago for $13.98. I hate when businesses lie to make it seem like you're getting a deal when you're not!

Bad..
This product tastes horrible. Also, it is made with soybean oil. Seed oils are horrible to your health. They can cause non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and inflammation in the body. I'm going to order some from Dr Eric Berg's website they are made with coconut oil.
