yummy gummy
these taste very good-- keep them away from the kids. they are 100mg apiece, so 3 gummies gives you 300mg, but ask your doctor because they also contain additional vitamins and minerals.

Odd aftertaste
These gummies are not bad, but I don't think I'd buy them again. The taste is just OK but then there's a very odd aftertaste that makes it very hard to want to eat. I don't mind that the taste is just OK, but I can't get past the odd aftertaste. I need gummy‘s that are easy to take on a daily basis. I have not taken these long enough to know whether or not they have any health benefits.
