I take it religiously before I go to bed it suppose to open up my arteries all arteries n even my eyes arteries so I have more blood flow.. Just started taking it so I can't really tell if it is working. Will continue for a few months and see if it helps me. At the time of purchase, the price was fair.

I've been using beet root for the past month. It doesn't help with weight lifting, completely worthless, waste of money.
