Pretty good
Doesn't taste too bad, not very minty. My teeth feel better, they have been sensitive and deteriorating, I'm hopeful they will heal. Had ingredients I was looking for like clove

i gave it 4 stars because it is healthy and well made BUT BE WARNED! it is salty and not sweat like toothe point of being bitter. its rough. have to mix with TOMs to handle it. HOWEVER, It dose clean teeth better than anything else ive tried coffee and tobacco. stains are gone
