VIZIO 50 inch 4K LED HDR Smart TV V4K50S-0809

First one I got the Led screen was pusses in the second order the backlight is showing at the bottom edge of the screen can’t return because I already had to return 3 TVs in less than a month because of damage the first tv I just wanted to exchange it but they wouldn’t do a exchange I said ok well can I just buy it again they said I can not get it for $128 price in the store even though they had stacks of the exact same ones on the floor so had to put it on a gift card and reorder it than I had to drive all the way across town to pick it up at the second Walmart where I had to wait 4 hours for it to be ready while waiting I seen works drop and throw the TVs over the laptop display area and catch it when my order finally said ready I had to wait 40 minutes to get the tv where I asked if I the work needed help loading it and they said no and the dropped it and it hit my bumper where it left a big dent in the box where I think the back light damage came from very disappointed I am just going to stick with the 32” because those are the only ones that don’t come damaged

I install tv’s for a living but this Vizio was for me. I went through the usual process, scanned the QR code with my phone, but this time my phone told me to call Vizio to activate. After being on hold for 30 minutes, Vizio told me I needed to pay them $69.00 to use my tv! I told them I’ll take it back to Walmart before I pay one cent to use my tv! I ended up unplugging it to get past the activation screen, but they did get all my information and I’ll NEVER buy a Vizio again!!!

I ordered a Vizio TV during Walmarts Black Friday sale. I ordered on *********, was told delivery would be *********. Received a notification that is was delayed and would be delivered *********. (Totally fine) the. Yesterday, ********* received a text from Walmart stating that my order was cancelled due to being out of stock. Now, mind you it was in stock when ordered and I believe I should receive a rain check for when it becomes in stock again to match the price I originally paid

First things first….. The screws are the wrong size for the legs... Haven't been able to find screws that fit and without the right screws the legs wobble and tv leans forward. After reading all the reviews from around the same time my order was placed, seems many others are having multiple issues.

Screws ws do not fit legs are wobbly if the manufacturer isn't sure of what size screws fit the tv should come with multiple sizes for the customer.. Customer service was the worst no help she kept trying to convince me that l was doing something wrong !!

I unboxed my new Vizio with excitement. I never bought a tv for me. So, I put the stand legs on to find out that when I plugged it in, the screen looked like shattered glass as if someone took a baseball bat to the screen. I'm so sad because when I received the box 1 month ago, I was very careful with it and put it in a safe place while I finished painting the walls and redecorating. The unboxing was suppose to be the "tada" moment. Now I have no tv and have no idea how long it will take for it to be replaced. I've never had to return something like this with Walmart. 😞

I like to wait to review items so I can truly see if it’s worth the time, money, and overall experience. I must say that it is all three and more. Easy to setup, a vivid and vibrant picture, and stereo sound are both great. For the price it’s worth it. Vizio has knocked Roku out the box with its selection of free movies and live tv. Upon setup, it asks what type of streaming you like and what categories so that the Home Screen is setup with apps and genres especially for you. It also has airdrop and mirrors your iPhone. It’s all around the best money spent.

during tv setup i made a vizio account (required). the vizio app which was recommended didnt let me log in and froze (using samsung ultra 22). had to signed up on a webpage. signed into all apps. TV FACTORY RESET ITSELF 30 MINUTES AFTER SET UP. i was upset to have re-login to everything but wanted to give it another chance. this time the login didnt work on any device, webpage or app. even tried to make a new account, didnt let me sign on. if VIZIO is going to require an account to use tv then they have to get it working. technical support not available on sunday and saturday. returned the tv within 24 hours of it arriving at my door.

Walmart.com is the worst horrible customer service TVs always come broken. This is my third one in seven weeks. I have three TVs on my credit card and they still haven’t come picked up not one of them or replaced one of them. I’m so over it 17 hours later multiple phone calls to the Philippines Where they don’t give a flying flip. It’s just so frustrating. I’m done buying anything delicate or electronics from walmart.com and I love VIZIO I’ve always had great luck with Vizio Tv‘s. Maybe it’s the quality of TV that they produce just for Walmart.

PRO: great quality for the price! love the picture, the fact that you can customize the audio, the picture, the Bluetooth capability-- my 84 yo mother with hearing and eye troubles could easily see what we were watching because of the customization features. ALSO the screen doesnt reflect a ton of light in different viewing angles that could obscure the ability to watch programs if its near a window. and - its very easy to navigate! CON: The legs are crap! too widely spaced, too thin, YOU WILL NEED A DRILL and be very careful you do not snap one of the thin plastic legs
