VIZIO 65" Class 4K UHD Quantum Smartcast Smart TV HDR M-Series M65Q7-H1

I bought this TV after I had to replace my original Vizio due to a defect. Vizio's customer service handled my case with ease and professionalism. I was impressed how they helped me replace my original TV within a week. I'm definitely happy with my new Vizio TV.

I have had great experiences with this brand of tv and this one did Not Disappoint the color and clearness is awesome the sound is better with a sound bar system You definitely get what you pay for!

This is my 4th VISIO TV and I just love it. I still have all three previous VISIO TVS in different rooms and all still preform great. VISIO gives me the absolute most bang for my buck I believe and am a customer for life.

Very pleased with this Vizio tv. Excellent quality for the price. Fast shipping. Easy setup. Only one thing I did not like, the user manual is digital on the tv. I much prefer a hard copy, easier for reference.

Make sure that your wall hanger is the right size.

On the positive side, this TV has a good picture with vibrant colors and good viewing angles. On the negative side, when watching OTA channels it does not display the name of the program so you don't know what you are watching when flipping through the channels. You cannot add new apps such as Philo or HBO Max . You are stuck with what is pre-installed which means you will have to shell out extra money for a Roku or other streaming device to get these apps. The input menu, which I use often to switch between the Roku and OTA, does not stay on the screen for more than a second and is very awkward to navigate. Every screen on the home pages is filled with ads for other programs. The navigation is very sluggish which implies it is under speced for CPU and memory. I expect it will only get worse as the TV ages and new updates and features come out.

Low quality sound extremely surprising for Vizio I can turn the volume completely up and it's still very low snd I don't even watch tv loud but with fan blowing I have to max out the volume just to hear over a 24”fan.

purchased 12/9/2021, walmart customer service was no helpful at all. Had to deal with Vizio itself, a week later tv started having issues like sound bar unable to find hdmi tv. would loss sound.. Vizio send a technician to replace motherboard last week 12/28/2021.. Still having problems with lost of sound bar. new issue picture flickering, unable to control volume with the remote that came with the tv. SMH. what a nightmare..

The TV had a wide light blue streak about 8” wide on the left side. WalMart would not replace it because it was a replacement for the 1st one we got that had a broken screen. Seems that this is common issue with VIZIO TV's.
