I couldn't be happier with the VIZIO M-Series Quantum 65" 4K HDR Smart TV! From the moment I set it up, it exceeded my expectations. The picture quality is absolutely stunning, thanks to the Quantum Color technology that brings vibrant, lifelike hues to every scene. The 4K HDR makes movies and shows incredibly crisp, with deep blacks and bright highlights that truly enhance the viewing experience. The built-in SmartCast platform is intuitive and offers a wide array of apps, making it easy to stream all my favorite content. I also appreciate the support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+, which ensures compatibility with the latest formats for top-notch visual fidelity. Setup was a breeze, and the sleek design blends perfectly with my living room decor. The sound quality is solid for a TV in this price range, but pairing it with a soundbar takes the audio to the next level. This TV is an outstanding value for the price, delivering premium features without breaking the bank. Whether you're watching movies, gaming, or just streaming shows, the VIZIO M-Series Quantum 65" is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!
I have just got my 70-inch Vizio tv up on the wall and running. The picture is beautiful. After the setup, I found I can't download the Spectrum app! I love to watch some of my favorites on Spectrum, which I have a subscription to, and the only way I can watch is thru CromeCast. I bought this Vizio TV for my living room, and I put my 47-inch Vizio in my bedroom. I had Spectrum cable on my old Vizio. Just check before you buy a new Vizio if you can get your subcribed cable on your new tv. I definitely would not have bought this TV for that reason.
Beautiful picture but the UI could use some work. A recent update made it faster but there are some issues when using it with a VIZIO soundbar. The volume level doesn't always show when changing the volume. There is also a lot of flickering when switching between different source video qualities. I wish it had more HDMI inputs because the built in smart features are uselessly slow, buy an apple tv or other streaming device. I do like that it has smaller bezels than the regular LED model. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
I truly miss the days of going into a store, buying a tv, and having it installed all on the same day. Or at the very least, if there's a problem, calling a number and speaking to someone with a shred of empathy. This is the second time I have purchased this same TV, which is ONLY available on walmart.com and in select Best Buy stores (none near my home). Both times I purchased, I had to wait over a week for delivery and both times they have arrived damaged (see photos). Customer service is no help as they will not send a replacement. I had to spend the time to disconnect it, move it, and box it back up -- and not just once, but twice. I have literally wasted over three hours of my time removing my old TV, moving an 80lb package, unboxing it, attaching feet, moving into place, connecting it, testing it just to see it's broken, then removing the feet, boxing it back up, moving the 80lb package near my front door, and making arrangements to have the freight company pick it up while I am at home and available. I am frustrated and sick to my stomach with this entire ordeal and will happily shop from a store who actually cares about the customer experience.
I would give it a zero if I could. the tv was delivered broken and walmart would not replace it because it was outcof stock. Walmart stated that I could purchase another tv when it was back in stock but I could not buy it for the same price. I would have had to pay an extra hundred dollars for it. I will not purchase anything else from them!
This unit was damaged before we opened the box. We followed the instructions and plugged it in only to have vertical lines missing or not functioning correctly on the screen. This is an online order only product so I'm not sure what to do from here... No help from a store nor do I see directions online to help with this situation. Guidance?
Bought a Vizio 70 inch 2023 model and It came with red lines everywhere as soon as we turned the tv on right out the box, a shame we that when we requested a replacement the only option is a return and money back after 21 days of them receiving back the Tv.
I can't say whether this TV is good or not, as it arrived broken. The screen was not cracked or anything but the picture behind the screen was shattered. They are supposed to be coming to take it back as it was delivered by Walmart's third party delivery.
Apps will not download properly, loading symbol keeps popping up and poor picture quality at the top of screen. I bought 4 Vizio TVs after Hurricane Micheal in Panama City Fl, after we was able to find another house and was very pleased with the picture quality and performance of the TVs. This time I wanted to upgrade with one of the best Vizio had to offer to replace my Living room TV. But with this MQ6 series Vizio model I have to say I'm very disappointed and unhappy with Vizio!!! I guess that's what I get for wanting all the bells and whistles in a TV or from the wrong TV Company!!! Where is the quality control and customer service!!!
This is the worst TV I've had in decades! Screen resolution is grainy. Extremely slow. Remote control needs more functionality. Taking it back tomorrow. Won't buy Vizio again. You need to make a lot better quality for the price.
