Our tv arrived as projected on the date scheduled. Delivery was to our home via Pilot Delivery Services, prompt, professional handling unloading the tv by the delivery driver. Assisted the driver with placing the tv inside our home, driver took a picture before leaving.
Shipping was faster than expected. Overall quality of the tv was absolutely phenomenal. Went from an old E series I had from 2017 and honestly, didn’t really have any expectations. Probably one of the nicest tvs I have ever had. Was contemplating spending the money on an OLED but I am so glad I didn’t. Extremely happy with the specs on the tv and gaming is amazing.
gets a 4 due to the extremely SLOW shipping. departed SLC to Denver, then back to SLC, Wichita, OKC, Tulsa where it set for 5 days. tracking was horrible. went from one shipping entity to another (same company just different entity). changed tracking number when this occured. had to call the shipping company three times to figure it out. have no clue why Wally didnt have ship to store option. otherwise the TV is pretty dang good. its not a top of the line LG, Sony, or Samsung. but for a mid grade it fantastic. picture is sharp and vibrant. definitely recommend if you can get the deal I got
I live in Minnesota and when I order this TV, it came from Florida, so my delivery expectation was low. I recieved my TV and as I suspected, the screen came cracked on the right corner. I was very intrigued to try this TV, but if I ordered again, It will come from Florida and it might happen again and is a huge NO for me.
TV showed up with a giant crack on the top center of the screen, like someone took a hammer to it. It took over 2 weeks for it to be delivered from GA to FL. I purchased it on a Cyber Monday deal and wanted just to get a replacement, since it was a great deal. But I am only offered a refund.
The TV was delivered and left without my signature, which is required, the delivery company did not even ring the doorbell. When my neighbor and I brought the box inside, we noticed that the backside of the box was damaged with at least 15 or 20 large tears and holes in the box. While the TV was picked up one day late, it has been a week and I still do not have my refund.
Horrible experience with the shipping carrier! Walmart order indicated the shipment is signature required, but the carrier claimed the shipment does not require signature and they eventually called me before delivery. However, upon delivery, the shipping box has a big and deep hole. The TV screen was shattered. Now, the whole package is sitting in my room, waiting for the same carrier to pick up for a refund. Walmart even does not provide a replacement! What a nightmare!
We got the walmart plus membership to purchase this tv on Cyber monday. We purchased this tv directly from walmart on the walmart app. Everything was going well... until it didn't deliver. Walmart never provided the tv to the shipping company. It all went downhill from there. The resolution was to repurchase the tv (still selling from walmart online and the app), and they would adjust the pricing to match the original cyber monday price. 4 days before expected delivery, it was cancled without reason. I spent 7 hours going in circles trying to get the issue resolved. This was the first purchase as a walmart plus member and will be the last. This incident was a 3 week waste of time and a day missed of work as the orginal ship date required a signature to receive. This was the poorest process i have ever been through, and amazon will get all my tech business from here on out. The walmart plus membership was basically a baiting tactic to gain that monthly payment while knowingly they wouldn't fulfill the product they sold. Dont fall for this scam!!!
Horrible experience. I purchased my tv 2 weeks ago just to have them lose it in transit. I wasn't updated on my package, and I had to constantly call the freight company just to find out where my package was, only to be told they couldn't get ahold of the courier. Im sure the tv would have been great. I'm disappointed they didn't have another tv to replace it.
I spent about a month researching all different types of TV's and landed on this Vizio 75". Was so excited to have it delivered and get it all set up! My first bad experience happened when my shipment got delayed...but I understood, stuff happens you can't control, no biggie I thought. The issue was the delay was gonna be almost 2 weeks...which means my 75" TV is now gonna sit in a truck while other packages are being added and removed (you can see where this is going) 3 weeks after my order, i finally received my TV....well, the delivery guy left it at the bottom of my porch cuz he couldn't be bothered to help my 110lbs girlfriend lift it up the 3 whole steps onto my front porch! But either way, I had it! It was in my house! Couldn't wait to get home from work to get it set up! The outside of the box had some gouges in the cardboard and even a decent size hole had been punched in the other side. As soon as I opened the box, I could already tell the screen was smashed (check out the pictures) Of course, when I tried to get a replacement, it was out of stock. I was fully refunded but just a very bad experience all around.
