VIZIO 75" Class Quantum Pro 4K QLED HDR Smart TV (VQP75C-84)

Beautiful display and the anti glare is amazing ! So much better than a super expensive OLED tv worth every penny. Especially for how bright it is for a QLED way better than my previous LCD Samsung. Games look and run super smooth with the 120hz you'll feel it and see it. I consider this tv for a family or gamer trust me you'll love it.

Just received this wonderful television after waiting for 10 days for the shipment to arrive! Picture is great! However, I was greatly disappointed to realize that it doesn't have analog sound outputs… Making my current home theater unit completely useless. I now have to try to get a converter for HDMI to analog or spend hundreds of dollars buying a new unit that will accept HDMI sound inputs! My previous Vizio television that failed after five years had the analog outputs, so I never expected the new one wouldn't have them!

You probably should have waited until I recieved my TV before you asked all these questions. The TV should have been here early last week. It has been delayed a couple times, and I still don't have it. Not the end of the world, but you asked me to fill out this survey before I recieved my TV, so there you go.

Might have just received a bad product, but within 8months, the sound is cutting in and out, and the picture regularly has flashing lights or random artifacts. On a side note, paid $108 for the protection plan, and they made it extremely difficult to process a claim. Buy at your own risk

Walmart delivered 75" Vizio TV ($845.88) on 4/7/25. When powered on screen was damaged on bottom left corner. Walmart picked up 4/9/25. To date, I've paid $845.88 and have eno credit or refund. I've contacted Walmart customer service via telephone 5 times and written a details letter with photos of damaged TV. Each customer service rep PROMISES o follow up with my issue but they NEVER do. DO NOT PURCHASE ELECTRONICS ESPECILLAY TELEVISONS FROM WALMART DELIVERY> THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PROMISE AND WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY. As a loyal Walmart member. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with my Walmart experience.

First, shipping says signature required- its not. the item arrived between 5 and 7am to my front dooe. We brought it in and set it up, being very careful removing all packaging. Upon turning the tv on, the entire screen was broken. Such a disappointment. This was my first and LAST time ever shipping a TV. I will return to getting them in store like I have in the past.

Bought this TV from wallmart.com it did not work out of the box called 1-800wallmart 4 different times trying to return it with no success. They tell me they will send me a return label in an email that has never been sent to me yet. I turned it into my credit card company waiting for there response.

This rating is for the shipping company. T.V. was NEVER received!!! it was a 3rd party shipping company. Somewhere in California. Every day the schedule delivery time changed. After 5 days of this garbage, we got an email telling us our TV was lost.

Spoiled birthday present and surprise party. Walmart account status stated "On the Way", but the tracking status stated "Canceled in Transit". 4 phone calls and 8 days later the TV still had not arrived and Walmart could not explain why the shipment canceled in transit. Walmart said wait to see if the TV arrives and if not call us back. Called Walmart back after deadline date and they said a Refund would be issued or a Reorder would be implemented since the Brand and Model were still in stock. Without notice a Refund was issued. Still no explanation about what happened to the shipment. Walmart said we can simply place a New Order for the same TV. Problem is the TV is now $250 more expensive than the original price. Walmart please honor your original price agreement and your promise to ship.

From the moment of setup, the TV kept going to a black screen over and over. Vizio sent out a repair man after troubleshooting didn't work. They replaced the mother board, same issue. Now they decided to send me a refurbished one. I refused since I bought brand new not used. They said I didn't have a choice. I refused the delivery when it came. Now the TV is getting little black spots on the screen. At first, I thought it was dirt, but it's not. Save your money, buy another brand.
