Seems to me these are not as "crunchy" as they used to be, unsure of the reason why, you used to be able to "snap" them in two. But still a good flavor and I am on a low-calorie diet and find this to be a real hunger-killer snack, and the calorie count is practically nil. Takes time to eat as well, also a plus. If you can handle eating a pickle-only snack every day.
I try to always purchase Vlasic pickles. They can be not crunchy or the skin too tough occasionally. I have tried other brands and have had the same issues with them too. I like the taste of Vlasic the best
These dill pickles are especially good as an addition to my meals. I put two or three spears alongside sandwiches, casseroles, spaghetti, which add to a tasty meal. The spicy taste fits the bill. Tasty.
Vlasic pickles are the best. Hands down! If you want that crunch get these. If you like softer pickles, buy the others. I do wish these didn't cost more though.
My favorite kosher dill pickle spears.
The house can't keep a jar of pickles around.
Jar is impossible to open although I've had these before and were very good, better than their tiny dills, but I can't open the jar no matter what I try.
This jar had 10 pickle spears in it, which looked like half the amount of spears we usually get. It's actually cheaper to pay a higher price for a different brand if the other brand isn't also skimping on product. Ridiculous.
the taste is never the same, juice is different every time, the pickles are different every time terrible, im going to try great value next.
i want a refund .These pickles have a very hard weird skin on them. Not like any other pickles. They have to be old! This is the first ones I have gotten this way. I let other people try them an they say the same .
