VTech 2 Handset Connect to Cell with Answering System and Cordless Handset, DS6771-3

Use this for business. Got promoted to a new location. 1st purchase I made was another set of these phones with an additional bluetooth headset. So our set up has 2 hands free and 2 handsets. So much more ergonomical when answering phones and working the computer. Still have hands free to wave to customers walking in! Customer Service win all the way around.

This unit is great. I have been wanting one for a long time and am very glad I picked this one. Its got great sound and is easy to set up and match the ear piece to. The battery last quite some time on the head set but I do return it to the stand every night. I would

I purchased the phone because in the description it said it was wall mountable. But in the directions there is no mention of how to put the phone on the wall. V-tech if you can help with this please let me know. I love all the other features of this phone. I just want it off my kitchen counter and on the wall.

Overall I've been very satisfied with these phones so far. Battery life is excellent, sound quality and volume is great, and buttons operate smoothly and function quickly. Only thing I can honestly say I don't like is the top six buttons don't light up nor does the up and down multifunctional circle. Thats the only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 Stars. Other than that everything else is excellent so far.

Title says it all. Great value for a headset and phone combo. Headset is comfortable enough, has a mute button and volume control but there's no way to turn off the mute alert beep that goes off every 30 sec - 1 min (I didn't time). Compared to the conversation, it's loud! I think a light indicator of the mute or us just remembering would be way better! One star off for that annoyance.

We had purchased these phones previously , in the past ,and they were very good, however this last purchase was doing fine in installation , but after a while, when using the phone ,it would stop working and drop the conversation. Our other one( like this ) was excellent and lasted for years, but something went wrong with this one because it sometimes drops your conversations and there is no signal of hanging up , it just stops ,so you cannot hear the person on the other end of the conversation, I didn't realize ,I got disconnected ,because there was no disconnect tone to warn me it had disconnected me from hearing the person on the other end of the phone, but, strangely, they could still hear me. Of course, I was hearing nothing so I hung up. I would then, call them back and they told me they could hear me talking, but they knew I couldn't hear them .We are still using the phone, but it unexpectantly drops the other party occasionally. I wish it worked right, because other than this problem ,that we have not been able to resolve, it was an excellent phone with an answering machine that worked good and an earphone that made your hands free to do other things ,if you wanted to stay on the phone and were busy. I wish the problem didn't exist, but it still does occasionally. I definitely would have recommended this phone system if the problem of cutting out the other party didn't exist , but I could only say buy it at your own risk. I'm so sorry, whatever the problem is, but it isn't the way I would have liked it.

I have a love/hate relationship with this set. I love that I can be hands free, but I hate that the earpiece doesn't stay in my ear. I love the way the voices sounds coming through the handsets, but I hate that somehow and extra 0 is added every. single. time. I try to call my husband, which means dialing the number again. Eventually I get it, but I have to watch the screen carefully as I dial the number. When we first got it, I wore the head band, but the headset fell out of it when I tried to adjust it. Sigh. There are probably better products out there, but I got very confused when I was shopping. I really wanted a headset, and I chose this set because the headset was with it; I didn't have to try to match a headset with a handset. This was also less expensive than buying handsets and then a separate headset. I guess you get what you pay for. They work, but they also have issues.

Was delivered to the wrong address .... address did not come close to mine.... I really wanted this Phone as I'm disabled and bought more for the headset.... Wal-Mart did refund my money but the company would not

I paired my cell phone easily but I went to review the numbers and names were correct. I found 3 blocked numbers which included my cell phone and 2 numbers which were family members. I tried unblocking those numbers but was able to , so I deleted the whole directly it had created and start or and do it again. When I tried it wanted me to put each number individually. That takes forever to do . There needs to be a way to reset it . So I ended with a phone setup like all the other phone on sale but paying more for it because of the features that I could no longer use . If anyone reads this thr knows how to correct the problem please let me know . Thanks.

Terrible it states it is wall mountable online however it is not. So it's going back. I wish these vendors would put correct description so customers time and money would not be spend.
