[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best baby monitor I’ve ever had and I’ve had serval over the past 10 years. I love that I have two cameras that I actually use in two separate rooms. I love that I can view both cameras at the same time with a dual screen. The video quality is good and I can see so much. You can move the camera just a little from the monitor but it’s still a great feature. It’s so much I can say about this monitor and it’s all good things! I love that I can talk to my baby from the monitor! Also if one of the cameras are unplugged, you can see that from the monitor in the top left corner. I also use the app so that I can watch my baby while the babysitter is watching her. The only noise I’ve used from this monitor is the white noise sound. My baby seems to do well with that particular sound. For my entertainment, I like the use the rainbow light setting because it’s just so pretty.

I also really like how big the parent monitor screen is. Very easy to use. Love that you can set music and nightlight features. Also really love that it has the app you can utilize too. Very handy for the working parent to still be able to check up on baby throughout the day.

Takes all the guesswork out of exactly what's going on through the baby monitor because you have video I have freedom to do my housework yard work with the extra large range hooks up to my smart phone. Great picture quality great sound quality this should definitely be in every parent must have practically for just about every age!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let me start by saying the picture is very clear, the design is sleek and looks nice in the room. I loved that you can see both kids at once from the parent panel, or change it to view only one kiddo if you wish. My kids love the nightlight option and music. I am able to talk to my kids through the parent panel. You can also use the vTech app to see what your kids are doing from your phone (this is so cool!) I just cannot get past the fact that you can’t move the head of the cameras from the parent panel. So if you want to see most of the room, you have to place the camera in a corner & that’s not where we have outlets in our rooms. Unfortunately, this was a deal breaker for us.

I have not had this monitor for two weeks, and now the display is frozen on a glitched out screen. I am unable to turn the monitor off. When I hold down the reset button, the screen does turn off until I release the reset button. Then the screen comes back on, but only turns on to the glitchy screen again.

This is the second vtech camera I've bought and both have been awful. This in particular never stays connected to the internet and it constantly resets the settings (changing brightness, dim mode, etc). It finally bite the dust after not never long using it. It just wouldn't pair to the camera and wouldn't reset either. Piece of junk.

Purchased on Saturday, set up Sunday night, turned it on Monday to use it, and the screen stayed frozen. Won't reset, turn off or do anything. Customer support had no advice other than resetting which didn't work. Their advice was to take it back to the store. I will not be exchanging. I'll be returning and looking for another monitor for my boys room and nursery. Attached a pic of the screen that it is frozen on.
