A superb and classic silver cleaner that has been around forever. Gets into all those little nooks and crannies so you're not breaking fingernails and wondering how to get into and around swirls and corners.Easy to do a 'scrub' with an old toothbrush, if needed. Really does the job. Smells nice and cleans up fast and easily. A must have to keep any silverware looking fresh, clean, and spotless. Highly recommend. Have used all sorts of Hagerty's silver polishes (this spray, cremes, dips, etc.) for decades. Safe, reliable brand.

For years we've used the Tarn-X stuff that we had to use outside or under the high-powered oven vent fan so the rotten-egg stink didn't permeate the house. My 86 year-old mom told me to get this stuff. Geez...sure wish she would've told us about this when she was 66! Seriously - we had silver plate that we'd kind of neglected in the hutch so that it was looking like bronze plate!!! sprayed this stuff on, let it sit for a minute or so, then wiped it off with cloth diapers. Holy smokes! All this black cra....uh...all this black stuff came off on the rag and the tea pot looked like new! With no stink! 86 y.o. mom says this stuff is a lot gentler on the silver, too. Now she tells me. We ordered this from Walmart.com, but it was shipped by SIM Supply...with lightning speed. Plus, it came wrapped in some type of place-mat thing that we have no idea what it's for. Oh well...guess we have a new place-mat. Also, WM.com's price was little better than the other site named after a South American river.

Those packing items for shipping apparently have no training or simply do not know that placing an item in a box two sizes too large might be problematic. As a result, the item I ordered arrived with a broken nozzle. Coupled with the difficulty involved in addressing this issue, I'm inclined to shop elsewhere.
