The quality is good and the ingredient so, the taste is ok and I use it for myself the size of good and the package too.. it has many benefits … and I don't need to blend it and it does t have caffeine .. serving it very easy and frequency

I love the taste and quality of these syrups. They are an amazing addition to any recipe, be it pancakes, yogurt or milk shake. It's a perfect option for those on a diet, as it doesn't contain calories.

It tastes great on my (Kodiak) protein pancakes in the morning and is such a treat to have guilt-free without the sugar of normal maple syrup - which is of course better, but the sugar content is very high, so it's a very mild sacrifice to substitute with the Walden syrup. I love the Maple Walnut taste. I did lick the spoon after pouring it onto my pancake and by itself, I would not recommend it as it tastes quite strange, but on top of things, it's really nice and there's no strangeness at all and I didn't notice any side-effects wrt digestion, I love that it has zero calories! Will buy more flavours once I finished this bottle. It came packaged in bubble wrap and arrived in good condition. I did notice that the box had a teeny bit of stickiness on the base, but the leakage might have been from one of the other syrups and not a big enough of a deal to ascribe any significant product waste/loss to it. Really quite runny - don't expect a maple syrup-like texture! I compared this with the just maple flavored syrup, and this is a lot better - the flavor of walnut really melds well with the maple. Much easier to use in small servings to give desserts that bit of sweet-savory oomph. Compared to other Walden syrups (like the blueberry one), this package will also last you longer. A smaller serving size will deliver much more taste.

I don't find the taste offensive or praise-worthy, just all-in-all a quite average tasting product. It is similar to the sugar free syrups found in supermarkets, slightly sour if you taste it on its own but sufficiently sweetens up food when you mix it in. Has a tinge of maple flavor, smells strong but doens't taste as strong, which is slightly disappointing, but for its calorie worth I definitely recommend this to people who are tracking calories and are willing to sacrifice a little taste.

Like the other Walden Farms products there is an aftertaste to this syrup. There's no way to have a zero calorie food without some aftertaste involved.

The Walden Farms Maple Walnut Syrup unfortunately earns just 2 out of 5 stars from me. I previously enjoyed this product, but the recent recipe change has significantly affected its taste and quality. The new composition doesn't match the original, leading to a less satisfying flavor. The size of the package, at 12 fl oz (355 ml), is practical for regular use, and the packaging remains convenient. However, the benefits of this syrup have diminished due to the altered recipe. While it still fits into various diets and can be used frequently, the overall enjoyment has decreased. I hope they reconsider the original formula.
