I love this salad dressing but can't find it here where I live so I have to order it through Walmart online. But this time they charged me shipping so I was very disappointed with that because I really want this dressing. I have a Walmart Plus plan so I shouldn't have been charged for shipping but I was almost out. The product itself is very tasty but Walmart sure likes to rip people off with their shipping.
The taste is good. It's a little thin, but it works for me as a salad dressing or in a Rueben sandwich. Or I mix with salsa for a taco salad dressing. I love the zero calories and zero sucralose.
I love this salad dressing and since the Walmart stores around me do not carry it, I have to order it online but that is OK just as long as I can buy them.
I used to love 1,000 Island dressing. But then I became more health conscious and aware of unhealthy additives in most salad dressings. Soy and canola oils being two I avoid. This one has a pretty clean ingredient list, so I tried it. It's quite a bit thinner than I used to buy, flavor was okay, nothing spectacular. I miss the days when our food producers didn't add cheap and unhealthy ingredients to increase profits. Guess I'll use this up making reubens.
I am eating this for my boyfriend. I don't eat Thousand Island dressing. He says that the taste is good enough, but it is very thin. He is just getting used to healthier dressings so I think he will eventually love it. I personally love all of the other dressings from this brand that I have tried
Zero calories, that is the best thing I can say about this. It doesn't taste good on it's own, will mix with other salad dressing. Try on chicken, veggies and pasta for additional sauce without the calories.😉
I absolutely love that these dressings come in glass bottles. We need to get away from all those microplastics. These dressings are on the recommendation list when doing the SD Fatloss program to shed some pounds. I am an avid salad eater, and I used to always make my own dressings from scratch. Organic Olive oil included. These dressings are fat free, and they are absolutely not to my liking. They also don't stick in the lettuce leaves. I just could not deal with them. All of them did not pass my personal QC. So sorry. Maybe they can be used as a marinade, but as a salad dressing, I would not recommend them. I continue to make my own dressings.
This was quite possibly the worst excuse for a thousand Island dressing I have ever tried. It neither thousand nor island nor any semblance of what those words mean when it comes to a salad dressing. It had the right look, and I do appreciate that they care enough to use glass bottles instead of the ubiquitous plastic that seems all around us. I just could not get over the flavor, or should I say, the lack thereof. I would give it negative stars if that were a thing. It was that bad. Rather than asking for my money back, they should have to pay me extra for my pain and suffering and mental anguish for the trauma I suffered at the hands of their product. They should be ashamed for putting such nonesense on America's grocery shelves.
no taste whatsoever, like adding bad tasting water to your salad...there is zero resemblance to thousand island dressing taste, texture, or smell. Terrible product. Try at your own risk...you have been warned....I threw this in the garbage where it belongs.
this product tastes terrible! was looking for another light thousand island since local store quit carrying wishbone light thousand island. The consistency is even worse than the taste
