Customer support is awesome when I contact the team about the potential issues. The response was prompt; they were super friendly; and they offered me the best solution asap. Thank you very much for the team to make this experience great for me. This table is pretty thin if you choose the 60 * 24 option, you do not get lots of arm space because of how narrow it is if you use a large laptop/monitor. I am also concerned about safety due to some comments in the review. However, I think you can manage to figure out if this is your type of table with the exact dimension they give, and plugging it off when not using it might be a safer idea. Overall, it is a fine product given the price.

Good desk but doesn't feel strong

Desk surface came with some minor damages and the usb port is blocked off (looks to be done as if there wasn't supposed to be a usb port but there's a slightly raised usb symbol next to a bit of material that doesn't exactly match the part it's in). Assembles easily (within an hour), though the instructions could be a bit easier for an idiot like myself to comprehend. Works as intended though. Before you buy either make sure you'll have enough space for what you need or that your cords and cables are long enough to comfortably stretch to the desk's max height.

I used this for 2 days and recieved an electric shock from the desk. Even after contacting the seller and telling them this landed me in the hospital, they don't seem to care. I was told the desk needs to go back in it's original packaging, the shipping will not be refunded, and using any electric appliance has a 'security risk'. Unfortunately I recycled the packaging after set up so it's gone. Now I am out $300, and have pain and limited mobility in my arms and hands with no answers. At this point I'm hoping they'll do anything, but this seller doesn't seem to care about customer service from what I can tell.
