They came just as pictured. I like that there are options if you want them loose or tighter based on the 2 slots to put the rods through.

Good shape and size, decent for price although the fabric is a bit cheaper than I thought it would be. They are also very sheer

For the reasonable price they are functional window treatments. Used on side-light windows by front door; however, they don't cover entire length as they are meant for French door coverings. Also, had to use both panels in package for one window as one panel isn't wide enough to give a more ruffled look. Will need to purchase another set for window on other side of door. Tie backs are ridiculously too long to tie them back. Had to tie in a knot, but that's not a very nice look. Ended up tossing them away.
