The only thing I don't care for is the size of the filter area. When you fill up the filter area the water can only filter into the pitcher's water area up to the bottom of the filter area, therefore half of your pitcher is left unusable until your next fill up! I just feel like there's more wasted space and your usable water space is not the full amount that you expect to have for filtered water! Otherwise the pitcher is awesome and the water tastes great!

I have used many water filter pitchers and this is by far the best yet. You don't have to wait forever for the water to filter into the pitcher. It's almost instant and the water tastes like it's fresh from the spring.

I enjoy the taste of my water and the rate of filtration. The height is perfect for my refrigerator. The price was outstanding. The filter lasts 3 months as well. Removing the lid is to fill it is different, but not a problem considering the price.

This is a really nice water filter. If you follow the directions exactly and only run 14 cups through it, it will still taste funny, so run closer to 21 cups theough it to rinse it out fully, but after that its awesome! Flow theough is fast and with a busy lifestyle it makes mornings of filling water bottles a breeze.

love it. pink is pretty, the water trickles through fast. taste is good and ease of adding water is perfect.

I like what the product says it can do. There are PFAS issues in my area, so I am hoping that this minimizes or eliminates that and some metals. At around 3 mos, I pressed the lid button and it turned red, so I replaced the filter. It's worth the extra price because Brita is only good for 1 month.

Use the brand continuously for years. Broke the big counter top one in emergency bought interim little pitcher. The new pitchers filter smelled alittle off when opened but rinsed and prayed. Until three days ago used it then tasted the mold mildew that was the smell. So,,,, treated filter with hydrogen peroxide then after rinsing alot vinegar im awaiting new filters. Im upset….

wrong item. I have no transportation to go to a walmart store or to the post office to return the item. Please help ! I am 82yrs old on a fixed budget!!!
