Worked right out of the box! The new software boasts an ease of installation that requires minimal user input. I transferred 600 gigabytes of files and games from my computer without an issue. Love the design of the unit and the cord it came with is very high quality. Plenty of storage for a great price! Highly recommend!

This product is exactly what it says it is from the most part the drive allowed me access to about 950 gigabytes of storage that very close to the listed 1 terabytes most manufacturers of product like this can't get the full storage because of mass production 950 gigabytes is as a general rule pretty good the data speeds for transferring files have managed for me about 520 megabytes on Xbox series x console Ps this product does not have independent power plug draws power from computer or other connected item I paid 80 dollars before tax at that price or any below 120 dollars I would say worth it

Perhaps one of the best external SSD's out there. Not only is it better than an external HDD, but it can be used for other consoles including PC's and not only for the PS5 as the title might imply. The chassis is sturdy and it has its own stand which in comparison with other external drives, only give you the option to lay it on top of a table. Definitely recommend!

I have been looking for a SSD Drive for so long that was good quality that didn't come with the price tag so after i did some research this brand was top 10 and i finally got it when the price was good. I like the small size and sleekness

Used for few days. Looks like a quality item, well made. Works fine for backing up. Data transfer is little slow but for the price 1tb is good value. There is no usb c to usb c cable included. This would be an additional cost to user to buy.

On the description of this item, it says it is compatible with PlayStation and Xbox. I have an Xbox and I downloaded all the games I wanted onto it, but once I was ready to play them, I was not able to because you cannot play games through an Xbox with this device because it is considered external storage. Do not buy if you have an Xbox.

Serial Number not recognized by Western Digital. Raised to Walmart, and to the seller. Response is to send back for refund. Check your serial number with the manufacturer to confirm if you receive a genuine product.
