We use this various ways. The most tasteful way is the boil chicken meat with this added into the water. Amount depends on your taste. When the meat is cooked enough to shred, do so, then add more kickin into the water and put the meat back in shredded. Turn heat to low and let it simmer a couple hours. Then drain and put into buns with coleslaw for a great Carolina chicken bbq.

Love this stuff! Use on everything, Chicken,beef, and pork. If you want a little kick of flavor and spice you can't go wrong . Add a little or a lot whatever your palette can tolerate.

This seasoning is amazing. I use this as a rub then use sweet baby rays bbq sauce on my chicken on the grill! Omg! It's good together!
