Fry and season (I used Braggs Aminos, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Salt) your fav veggies in a skillet until somewhat tender! In the meantime add whatever amount of this pasta into boiling water and cook for approx 3-5 minutes. Drain, rinse in cool water and then add to skillet of sautéed seasoned veggies. Bring back up to temp after tossing these with veggies. My husband ate that meal (swapped out some different veggies) for 2 nights in a row and he isn’t a pasta fan typically.
Great product It's made of buckwheat
Healthy Japanese soba noodle as ever.
This is a good pantry staple that is used daily. Love it!! Thank you!!
Tasty authentic buckwheat noodles. Great for people who struggle with gluten.
Great item and great price
I love these. I generally cut endive heads longwise and saute them in garlic and olive oil until carmelized. Then I throw a serving of cooked soba noodles in the pan and stir it around to coat them with the excess oil and garlic. It's a quick and delicious meal. Oh, and if I don't have endive (hard to find in the south) I use shrimp. Same recipe, different main ingredient. The best part is that they cook up so quickly.
More wheat taste than buckwheat but excellent base noodle for stir fry and my cold sesame noodles. Thin and cook quick in boiling water... will buy again!
The noodles are good quality. However they arrived damaged and walmart wants me to mail them back. Not worth the effort. Waste of money.
Do not buy this. Sodium content is 41% of recommended daily allowance. That is practically poison. I've never seen soba noodles higher than 21%, which is also too high considering some brands have 0% sodium.
