These are TWO DIFFERENT DRUGS, with TWO DIFFERENT SETS OF SIDE EFFECTS. Lexoceritizine causes drowsiness, Fexofenadine doesn't. This is important, because I operate heavy machinery for a living. I just I'll just take this medication before I go to bed. The price was good though.
