So far loving it. Like the heating plate that can be used as a griddle or for warming dishes. The 5 qt dish is light and washes easily. Love the two lids and carrying case

I bought the WestBend slow cooker to replace my previous WestBend slow cooker. The older, vintage slow cooker had been used regularly for more than 30 years and the wiring was about to go. I was so delighted to find that the design of the new model is almost exactly like my vintage model: oval-ish shape, non-stick, glass cover, and the heating element is a separate griddle! The addition of the thermal cover and the travel tote are a total plus! I've made old fashioned brisket, bbq pulled pork, cocktail meatballs, large quantities of soup and much more. It is perfect and it is RED!

I love my new West Bend Slow Cooker because it's in two parts: the base and the pot, which means it is much lighter. I used it today for the first time and it is great! It's easy to use, cooks faster than my old one, and is easy to clean up. It's also easy to store.

Brought this 2 weeks ago. Really love the color and the new base design. The base seems to be a little easier to move around. The pan seems a little heavier as I have three of the later model ones. I use them in my campers and at home. Was able to hand down one of mine to my 17 yr old grandson who says he loves that it is so simple to operate.

I absolutely love my slow cooker. I'm single and needed a smaller cooker. This is way more than that. So many uses. I can make pancakes on the warmer, put the pot in the oven, cook on top of the stove AND prepare something pack it up and carry to my event in the handy protective bag. Always this for the greatest price. I would like 2 more.

I have been using this slow cooker for years. Love it I use all the time. I've worn out 2 so far the last 20 years, so I always buy a back up. Was happy to get the red one a little smaller then the other and a tote with it. Just the right size for some things. Always a devoted customer here.

Had the usual heavy ceramic oval slow cooker, with insert. When it bit the dust, I wanted something that was more versatile. I can use pan on stovetop, use the base as a warming tray, or as a griddle. Best of all the cleanup is so much easier. No more soaking of dish, cleanup is a breeze! Also has extra lid to snap on if taking it somewhere, and having the carry tote was the selling point for me! I do food trains for people coming home from hospital, serious illness, maybe just need some TLC! This slow cooker will be a work mule for me. Everyone loves the fact it isn't heavy, and can be used in different ways.

Love this slow cooker/griddle. Bought to replace one like it because the nonstick coating coming off. Gonna try not to use scratchy utensils on it and may help. It has a really nice carrying case. Good in between size slow cooker if huge one not needed.

I inherited my mom cooker and it still worked great but the pan was really beat up inside so I decided to replace it. I bought this new one and i used it to cook a roast 2 days after I got it. It works just like my old one and it works beautifully. I love it plus I love the new color Red. Would definitely recommend this cooker. So much better than a regular crock pot because it cooks faster or slow if you prefer.

We bought this one to replace one we had for about 15 years. The base on tht one finally gave out and wouldn't heat up. We used it at least 4 times a week and missed it terribly. We would only replace it with another West Bend slow cooker and are so glad that you still have them. We Love it!
