[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rotary cutter is great for cutting papers or fabric. It is sharp and makes it easy to cut. I had to use a different device since it didn't come with one, only the refills. Otherwise i would have rated it higher.

I had always used Fiskars brand blades but after reading reviews on this brand I decided to give them a try. Disappointed ☹️ These blades dulled faster and didn't cut through more than one layer of fabric without shredding the edges.
