Westcott Ipoint Duo Pencil Sharpener, New, Dual-Powered, Battery and Electric, Black, 1-Count

For sharpening regular %232 pencils, this sharpener does a fine job. While it does not have a high powered motor like some more expensive sharpeners do, it does provide a very sharp point. It is compact enough that it doesn't take up too much space on a small desk. I have only had it for a short time, but so far, for home use, it definitively fills the bill.

My mother was sharpening by hand, and her strength is lessening, this is a fantastic solution and PINK !!! So cheery for the staff. And if she needs to move it around the battery option is GREAT

I needed this, something simple for the house. My only struggle is that the kids want to empty it and it gets messy, it has to have its one easy dumping to avoid a mess

I've used an electric/battery operated pencil sharpener before. It took a while to find this one. Walmart was the only place I could find one that met the battery power with optional A/C power requirement I so wanted, also with promising durability and performance at a pleasing price to boot! This one I believe will serve better than my old one that died after several years of use. Thank you, Walmart!!

My husband like this sharpener a lot. Your pencil comes out sharp as a spear. 😉

It works but the sounds it makes while sharpening make it seem like it doesn't and that's with it being plugged in. It's a get what you pay for product. But it does sharpen colored pencils really well. You do have to hold on to the pencil tho.

Not the best build quality I've seen in a pencil sharpener, but still works cleanly and efficiently!

I ordered a black for my son... got delivered in a bright pink... my son is 6 years old. he was not excited about it being pink but its not worth the hassle of returning. Walmart has been messing up so much lately on my orders...

i put the pencil in the it and it will pretend to turn but it seems like it gets jammed and i have to manually turn it. i have both batteries in it and have it plugged in.

Flat out, doesn't work. I have batteries and have it plugged in and still barely turns... you have to turn the pencil yourself to sharpen it
