Mood booster in my smoothies
I got these as a recommendation from my nutritionist and I've been adding them to my smoothies every day. I've already begun to feel a positive change in my overall mood. I did some more research on this stuff and it's actually pretty great!

I've been using powdered Lithium supplements for a while. I add them to coffee and tea. I wanted a liquid one to put in cold drinks. This seems to mix well.
