This toaster is a huge upgrade from my standard toaster. The touch screen is fun and easy to use. You can toast two totally different things at the same time with custom settings. Each side has its own timer and settings. Sleek and simple. Looks way better in real life than the pictures in the advertisement. Highly recommended! Was able to get a 2-year warranty for only $5

Easy to read instructions, very easy to use and the touch screen is an added amenity. The touchscreen simplify everything on this beautiful toaster. The toaster arrival was timely and was left according to directions... The only "CON" that I have experience while purchasing this toaster is the reaction time to customer service. I personally think it should have better response time and not have to try and go through a robot to answer your questions.

At the time of purchase it was on sale, and a few dollars more then a regular toaster. The only disappointment was I ordered the gray %26 got the sterling. Sterling gets smudgy, It was the reason I bought a new toaster. Sterling is hard to keep clean. I liked the fact it's digital. No guess work on how dark or light the toast will get or how long the process is. The digital cancel button is a nice feature. The toaster shuts itself off after use.

This toaster is amazing!! The screen is beautiful. The finish, stainless steel/chrome, is a VERY nice finish. It's not the thin matte junk. The toaster has a timer which is awesome and it even beeps to alert you that your toast just popped up. It cooks the toast very well and consistent. No hot spots. I highly recommend this toaster!!

we love the toaster. its easy to operate. i like that it has a wide opening and can fit a bagel. the touch screen is super nice! toats evenly. i like a darker toast but my husband likes his light. its easy to accommodate both our desires. i willsay it seems to toast darker than it shows on the shade options...may take a tweek to see the shade you prefer. i absolutely love it and woukd recommend it 100%

Seems like a good toaster although I need a setting between the first and second setting for how dark the toast gets. Haven't used anything except a slice or two of bread. Haven't used any of the other settings except how toasted I want my bread. I'll get around to other settings eventually.

Toaster is well made, attractive and works well. My major complaint is that it came with the worst instructions on how to use the product that I have ever encountered. After reading everything over three times I was still uncertain on several aspects on how to change the settings. By chance I came across the best and most convenient way to do what should have been explained in the instruction booklet. Regarding the toaster - works well. Would recommend they redo their instruction manual. Would have given product five stars but can't based on the difficulty regarding the instructions.

We have just purchased this toaster and so far so good. We love the touch panel on the front. All is clearly visible and user friendly. Takes the guess work out of toasting. If they had made the slots slightly bigger, we would be giving it 5 stars.

Other than a fancy interface, the actual function of the toaster is only sub-par. It's not fast or improved or performance driven. It only feels faster because you can watch a digital timer but the timer doesn't relate to actual toasting level. Many times, just like any toaster, when the timer is done and the toast isn't toasted enough, you push it back down and wait again. This uses the same heated coil system as toasters of other brands. What we have learned from this exercise of finding our next toaster is extra wide slots slow down everyday regular size toasting by about 40%. By allowing more room for larger Texas style breads, when a normal piece of bread is toasted, the gap between the coils and the bread is quite large meaning slower toasting for normal sized bread. Bagels are a bit better since they are wider and the face of the bread is closer to the coils but it's still slower. My opinion is this toaster isn't worth the money. It feels light and kind of cheap. It looks pretty but I have a feeling it will not last. If you want a pretty looking appliance, then sure, this is your calling. If you want something that actually does the job well, look elsewhere.

When I pulled it out of its packaging , it looked like any other plane toaster , and then I realized I have to plug it in and order for it to light up that is to me misrepresentation. They had A. Piece of plastic covering all the dials.And it was all bubbled up stuck on there like a 5-year-old place to there.And then what is the deal with this 999 charge on top of the price and tax are you kidding me? Are you charging $10 for delivery Walmart?When I had a $200 order!
