Wild Planet Albacore Wild Caught Tuna, No Salt Added, 3 oz Pouch

A bit bland - manufacturer could have added some sort of spice to enhance taste (possibly to offset idea that no salted added). Seems OK for people on a very severely salt restricted diet (but I'd check with a nutritionist or physician before recommending it).

I only eat lime caught tuna and the brand I was buying suddenly wasn't the supermarket my husband shops at. I went online looking for reviews of products and found this one and then discovered I could get the product in cans or in pouches by ordering them from Walmart which is very convenient since I do most of my shopping online because I'm handicapped.

This 3 ounce convenient package of no salt added tuna is a nutritious snack or meal. I find it is filling and high in protein and other nutrients, but low in calories. I often mix it with onion, celery, and bell pepper and add it to a slice of healthy bread with a thin slice of swiss cheese on top and toast it My store discontinued the no added salt version, but ordering it through the internet was easily and quickly done.

The no-salt added single pack pouch is ideal for me, both as a snack or meal. I've been purchasing or ordering Wild Planet for some time - their products are consistently delicious. Wild Planet helps ensure a high quality diet, and my overall nutrition.

Barely hanging on to the edge of being "no salt added" at 85mg's per packet. These packets used to be far lower salt/sodium, like 35-40 mg's. I love the packet form as it's very functional for travel and really enjoy your folk's products but the next uptick in salt will make is unusable for me!

Don't order this product!! The shipping company they use is a scam!!! You will NEVER get your product from Lasership!!!

Although tuna tasted different than usual, I forced myself to eat 1/3 of the pouch. The more I ate, the worst I felt. I threw the rest of that package away and opened another package. The color in the odor were disgusting. Something had to have happened to it in transit before it was delivered. I suggest that you Get your tuna from the grocery store, don't have it delivered.
